iENTRANCE@ENL – Infrastructure for Energy Transition and Circular Economy @ EuroNanoLab
iENTRANCE@ENL, with an investment of €75 million, access to over 400 state-of-the-art instruments and more than 80 highly trained professionals – comprising both new recruits and existing staff – who together form the beating heart of research, tackles the challenges of the energy transition from the perspective of materials science and technology. iENTRANCE@ENL is dedicated to the study and development of materials for catalysis, electrodes, thermoelectrics, membranes, photovoltaic materials and structural materials for combustion, hydrogen and marine renewable energy. It possesses cutting-edge expertise in structural, compositional, optoelectronic, in situ and in operando characterization at the micro- and nano-scale.
