Main research interests
The activity research developed in two main fields, the first relates to the design and testing of reactors for the production of hydrogen from water using solar energy. In a solar furnace were tested the so called "sulfur-iodine" and "ferrites" cycles. The other area of research concerned the determination of the thermodynamic parameters of sublimation and vaporization processes of organic and inorganic substances. These parameters are determined through the vapor pressures measured both by thermogravimetry and torsion-effusion method..
He born on March 11, 1967. In 1993 he graduated cum laude in Chemistry at the University of Rome "La Sapienza". After graduation he continues to work as research fellow at CNR and University . Since 2001 he is CNR researcher . He has conducted research in the field of high temperatures thermodynamics and on the use of solar energy, publishing more than 60 articles in international journals. He has taught courses of physics and chemistry at the University La Sapienza.
