Deadlines

July 15, 2019: deadline for registration & abstract submission contributions.

July 30, 2019: communication of acceptance of scientific contributions.

August 30, 2019: closure of “last minute” participants registration.

October 30, 2019: deadline for Proceedings submission.

November 30, 2019: communication of Proceedings acceptance for IOP publication.

 

Registration

All applicants to the thematic Workshop “Functional Materials for Cultural Heritage” (Fun4Heritage) must pay a participation fee amounting to 50 euros.

Lunch and daily coffee breaks are included in the registration fee, while the participation in the social dinner is optional.

All payments will be done directly at the Workshop secretariat desk.

The participation of students and non-structured personnel is free of charge, but still the registration is required by the dates indicated above.

Academic credits will be earned to students attending “Archeologia e storia dell' arte (ASA)” (UniBas @Matera) and “Conservazione e Restauro dei Beni Culturali (LMR02)” (UniBa) degree courses.

For organization reasons, all the attendants are invited to register before July 15th, 2019.

After the ending sessions, a certificate of attendance will be issued.

Call for papers

Any requests for oral communications/poster participation should be submitted upon registration by filling the registration form (deadline: June 30th, 2019), with an indication of the abstract proposed and the selected type of contribution that will be evaluated by the Organizing Committee for acceptance.

The authors will be able later to submit short papers, based on conference talks and poster presentations, for publication on a special issue in IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering (MSE).
